Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before the 2 weeks of the original booking date you will be fully refunded.
If you cancel 2 weeks after original booking date you will not be refunded.
Smoking Policy:
No smoking allowed.
Reservations
All reservations are subject to management and property owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice.
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE APPLICABLE SALES AND LODGING TAXES.
All rentals with the exception of those beginning on Sunday begin at 4:00 P.M. and end at 10:00 A.M. unless otherwise noted or other arrangements have been made. Sunday rentals begin at 5 P.M. Early check in may be available.
50% of Rental fees are due at the time of reservation. (Non-Refundable)
No parties or outside guests are allowed. Parties or outside guests will result in forfeiture of rental fee and eviction.
No more than six adults are permitted per unit. Groups greater than six will be evicted with no refund.
The Black Dog Ranch is not responsible for any accidents, lost, damaged, or stolen property.
